This Vendor Disclosure is provided by REI Marketing LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, operating as REI Social Club ("REI Social Club," "we," "us," or "our"), to ensure transparency regarding vendors, sponsors, and advertisers featured on our website, at our events, or in our communications.

1. Paid Vendor Disclosure

All vendors, sponsors, and service providers featured, promoted, or allowed to present through REI Social Club are paid advertisers.

  • Speaking or presentation opportunities
  • Website listings
  • Email, SMS, or social media mentions
  • Promotional materials at events

Payment for participation is made solely for advertising and promotional access.

2. No Endorsement

Vendor participation does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, approval, or verification by REI Social Club.

  • Does not evaluate or guarantee vendor services, products, pricing, or outcomes;
  • Does not verify vendor credentials, licensing, insurance, or compliance;
  • Does not supervise or control vendor conduct;
  • Is not responsible for representations made by vendors.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any vendor.

3. Independent Third Parties

  • All vendors are independent third parties and are not employees, partners, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of REI Social Club.
  • REI Social Club is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or relationship between you and a vendor.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REI Social Club and REI Marketing LLC disclaim all liability arising out of or related to:

  • Vendor services or advice;
  • Vendor pricing, performance, or representations;
  • Disputes between attendees and vendors;
  • Any loss, damage, or harm resulting from vendor interactions.

Any claims or disputes must be resolved directly between you and the vendor.

5. No Professional Advice

  • REI Social Club does not provide investment, legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Any information shared by vendors is provided solely by the vendor and should not be relied upon without independent verification.

6. Changes to Vendor Relationships

  • REI Social Club reserves the right to add, remove, or change vendors at any time and makes no guarantee regarding vendor availability, category exclusivity, or duration of participation.
