This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy applies to the website, content, communications, and services operated by REI Marketing LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, operating as REI Social Club ("REI Social Club," "we," "us," or "our").

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before removal;

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

4. Your name, address, and telephone number;

5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which REI Social Club may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

REI Social Club reserves the right to terminate access to its website or services for users or vendors who are determined, in REI Social Club’s sole discretion, to be repeat infringers.

5. Modifications

REI Social Club may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
